Chris Baily is a software developer trapped in a restaurateur's body. Operating a full service restaurant and nightclub since 1992, Chris has been programming applications to make his restaurant run smooth and efficient. Making the plunge into a second career in 2015, Chris and his partner created Restaurant Ninja, a software-as-a-service startup that crafts applications for the hospitality industry and beyond.
Chris came up through the ranks of software development by cutting his teeth on Microsoft Access, moving to web applications on the Microsoft stack and most recently has moved to JavaScript on the server and client building MEAN stack applications.
Hospitality is in Chris' blood and that means going the extra distance for his customers and consulting clients.
Chris has been married to his lovely wife, Kim, for over 20 years and they have three amazing children. They make their home in Temecula, California, a burgeoning destination for wine and beer enthusiasts that is about an hour drive from almost all points in Southern California.
